为通过快速增密和低设备成本降低C/C复合材料的成本,采用中压浸渍、炭化多次循环的工艺制备了快速增密的C/C复合材料.该工艺以Z向增强的层叠炭布为增强体,不同软化点的中间相沥青和改性沥青为浸渍剂.考察了浸渍工艺,并研究了所得C/C复合材料的力学性能和断裂形貌.结果表明,中间相沥青及改性沥青等高残炭收率沥青是C/C复合材料极佳的浸渍剂,有利于快速增密.8次循环后(约2周时间),复合材料的密度从0.84g/cm3增至1.76g/cm3.炭布层叠Z向增强的C/C复合材料有良好的力学性能,而且其性能随着密度的增加而提高.所得复合材料的密度达到1.76g/cm3时 ,拉伸强度为87.03MPa,弯强为113.56MPa,压缩强度为199.49MPa.

In order to decrease the cost of C/C composites f rom rapid densification and to decrease the cost of equipment, C/C composites de rived with rapid densification were manufactured through cycles of impregnation under medium pressure and carbonization. In this process, carbon cloth reinforce d in Z direction was used as reinforcement, and both mesophase pitch with differ ent softening point and modified pitch with high carbon yield as impregnants. Th e process of impregnation was studied, and properties and fracture morphology of the resultant C/C composites were also measured. The result shows that pitch wi th high carbon yield, either mesophase pitch or modified pitch, is excellent im pregnant for C/C composites and helpful to rapid densification. After 8 times cy cle (about 2 weeks), the density of C/C composites reached 1.76g/cm3 from 0. 84g/cm3. The C/C composites from laid-up carbon cloth have good mechanical properties, and the mechanical properties increased with the density. When the d ensity became 1.76g/cm3, the tensile strength is 87.03MPa, flexural streng th is 113.56MPa, and compressive strength is 199.49MPa.
