以无喹啉不溶物煤焦油为原料,在300℃下通过空气吹扫氧化8h,10h,12h制备了不同软化点的沥青,采用1H-NMR,13C-NMR,FT-IR,元素分析和族组成分析解析了沥青的化学结构.并在1.6MPa,480℃下分别将空气吹扫不同时间的氧化沥青和添加10W/%、20W/%四氢萘的氧化沥青在管式反应器中进行焦化,随后考察其光学组织结构变化的情况.结果表明:随着空气吹扫时间的增加,所获沥青焦光学各向异性组织单元尺寸减小;而空气吹扫沥青和四氢萘共炭化则由于体系发生氢转移反应,导致所获沥青焦显示出较大的光学各向异性组织单元尺寸.
