叙述了透明质酸(HA)发酵液经5种不同预处理方法处理后,所获得清液在超滤过程中通量J的变化规律.通过比较预处理前后发酵液中透明质酸浓度和分子量的变化;超滤前后膜通量的变化及酶液处理后膜通量的变化,探讨了膜超滤过程中污染规律及预防方式.
