为确定适合胶体金诊断试剂盒使用的膜材料,对几种膜材料的性能进行了定性的分析和筛选,其中包括:混合纤维素膜、硝酸纤维素膜、Predator膜、硝化纤维素膜、玻璃纤维素膜.比较了这几种膜的表面结构、层析性能、层析灵敏度、残留背景色和蛋白的吸附量等指标,结果表明,硝酸纤维素膜和Predator膜适合作胶体金试纸的固相支持膜,玻璃纤维素膜适合作胶体金-蛋白结合物的载体膜.同时又比较了同一材质、不同孔径的硝酸纤维素膜的各种性能,结果表明:硝酸纤维素膜2更适用于竖直爬流式的检测试纸.对近似孔径、不同材质的硝酸纤维素膜2和Predator膜2比较结果说明,Predator膜2更适用于水平泳动式的检测试纸.
