制备了用于蒸汽渗透的聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚砜(PS)中空纤维复合膜,研究了气相丙烯中脱除微量水分的蒸汽渗透性能.分析讨论了原料气流速、吹扫气流速、丙烯中水分含量及操作温度等因素对蒸汽渗透分离性能的影响.对于原料气中水分质量分数为0.43%、丙烯为99.5%以上的混合蒸汽,其蒸汽渗透性能为:分离因子α=49 005;水渗透通量J水=17.2 g/(m2·h).结果表明,采用蒸汽渗透膜法脱除丙烯中微量水分是可行的.
