对外消旋体实施拆分是获得手性物质的重要途径.在众多拆分方法中,膜法以其操作简单、可连续生产、放大过程易行等优点逐渐成为手性拆分技术今后的发展方向.本文综述了采用各种膜拆分外消旋体的研究进展.
