利用本体聚合方法及其膜制备技术制备对甲氧苄氨嘧啶具有特异选择性和良好柔韧性的甲氧苄氨嘧啶型聚砜共混模板聚合物膜,运用扫描电子显微镜和平衡结合实验研究分子识别共混膜的吸附性能.根据Scatchard方程分析可知,在分子识别共混膜中存在一类等价的可与甲氧苄氨嘧啶结合的位点,该平衡结合位点的平衡离解常数为Kd=0.5 mmol/L,与其它药物分子相比,该分子识别膜对甲氧苄氨嘧啶表现出较高的选择性.
