超声技术可有助于控制膜污染的形成,采用超声波辅助陶瓷膜过滤氧化铝悬浮液体系,考察超声在不同颗粒的粒径、浓度以及膜过滤操作压力下对膜过程的影响规律,以及超声功率、超声方式等对膜过滤过程的影响;分析了超声波对强化颗粒体系过滤的机理.结果表明,超声可使陶瓷膜微滤通量提高10%左右,且对粒径大的颗粒体系影响增大;合适的超声功率为8 W,连续超声对通量的提高率大于间歇超声.
