对壳寡糖制备液进行了NF-40纳滤膜脱盐纯化试验研究和理论分析.结果表明,纳滤膜对溶质的分离效果主要由空间位阻和静电效应决定,同号离子在纳滤过程中存在膜竞争透过;在酸性条件下纳滤膜对壳寡糖制备液中阳离子的截留次序依次为壳寡糖>二糖和单糖>Na~+>H~+;在碱性下阳离子竞争趋势因膜污染严重而不再明显.此外,操作压差过大不仅分离效率下降而且膜污染加剧.温度升高有利于脱盐而不利于纯化.
In this paper, the theoretic analysis and experimental research were made for the desalination and purification characteristics of NF-40 nano - filtration (NF) membrane to chitobiose solution. The results show that the steric and electrostatic effects are dominant for the ion retenction in nano - filtration membrane and there is competition - penetration among uniform charger electrolyte in the course of nano - filtration. Under the acid condition the order of nano - filtration membrane retenction to cation in chitobiose solution is chitobiose > monosaccharide or disaccharide >Na~+ >H~+ . Moreover, the over high pressure not only reduce operation ef-ficiency, but also cause the membrane fouling serious. The high temperature is favorable to desalination and unfavorable to purification.
