大连某热电厂以城市生活污水厂二级出水为原水,经过反渗透深度处理后,出水满足热电厂循环冷却水需求.反渗透系统处理效果明显,对电导率、氨氮和总氮的去除率分别为97.5%,95.7%,94.4%,并几乎将TOC全部去除.系统已运行20个月,稳定可靠,一直为电厂提供循环冷却水,显示出该工艺在实际应用中的可行性,具有推广价值.
Reverse osmosis, as an advanced treatment process, has been applied to treat the secondary effluent from wastewater treatment plant in a thermal power plant in Dalian.The quality of disposal water is above recirculated cooling water standards.The results indicate that the elimination rates of conductivity, ammoniacal nitrogen and total nitrogen are 97.5 %, 95.7% and 94.4 % respectively, and the content of TOC is nearly zero.This system has provided recirculated cooling water for the power plant for about 20 months, which reveals obvious feasibility and promoted value.
