预先在孔径为1.0 μm的管状α-Al2O3表面引入钾离子筛晶种,再采用二次水热合成法,以正丁胺为模板剂在涂有晶种的α-Al2O3支撑体外表面合成钾离子筛膜,并利用XRD、SEM对其进行表征和单一气体渗透测试.结果表明,合成的膜为钾离子筛膜;筛膜表面连续致密,膜厚度约为10 μm;室温条件下,单一气体H2/N2的理想分离因数达到3.61,接近H2/N2的Knudsen扩散比值3.74,说明所合成的筛膜具有良好的选择分离性能.
