利用Gabriel反应,氯甲基化聚砜(DMPsf)与邻苯二甲酰亚胺的钠盐发生亲核取代反应,所得产物进一步肼解,合成出一种新型的氨甲基化聚砜(AMPSf).利用红外光谱(FI-IR)对其结构进行表征,分别考察氢化钠(NaH)用量、反应温度和时间等因素对反应规律的影响.获得较佳的改性条件:NaH用量1.200 0 g,反应温度80℃,反应时间10 h.采用相转化法将其制备亲和膜,通过静态实验测定酰氯在膜上的吸附性能.结果表明:酰氯在膜上的吸附量高达62.34 mg/g;初始酰氯溶液浓度对酰氯的吸附量有较明显的影响;吸附行为满足Freundlich 吸附模型.
