采用4,4'一双叠氮芪-2,2'-二磺酸钠(DAS)交联的聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)共混膜,对渗透汽化分离甲醇/醋酸甲酯混合物进行了研究.考察了交联剂DAS的含量、共混膜的组成、操作温度和料液组成对膜分离性能的影响规律.当DAS与共混膜中PVP质量比为1:3时,PVP交联效果理想,共混膜具有较好的渗透汽化分离系数.随着共混膜中PVP浓度的增加,膜的渗透通量逐渐增大,而分离系数先增大后减小.当操作温度为35℃、料液中甲醇浓度为20%时,含30%PVP的共混膜对甲醇/醋酸甲酯的分离系数达到了17.7.随着操作温度的升高、料液中甲醇浓度的增大,膜的通量逐渐增大,分离系数逐渐减小.实验结果表明,该共混膜能有效分离甲醇/醋酸甲酯二元共沸物.
