以五种不同聚乙烯醇/聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵配比制备了用于电透析脱盐的尼龙纤维增强的阴离子交换膜,并考察四种不同交联剂浓度的条件下对膜的性能参数:膜含水率、迁移数、膜电荷密度及膜面电阻的影响.实验结果表明:膜的含水率随聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵含量的增加而增加,随交联剂GA浓度的增加而降低;在wpc=30%,φGA=0.05%时阴离子交换膜的膜电阻最低,且为4.46 Ω·cm2;在wpc=30%,φGA=0.3%时阴离子交换膜的动态迁移数达到0.99;在wpc=20%,φGA=0.3%时阴离子交换膜的膜电荷密度值为1.24 mo1/dm3.
