对A356铝合金非树枝晶坯料在不同感应加热条件下的温度场进行了有限元模拟.发现频率、保温时间及试样尺寸等均对温度场有明显的影响.实验得出铝合金半固态感应加热时最好采用中频(640~1000Hz).应用有限元法对尺寸不同的铝合金试样的实际感应加热温度及其分布进行模拟,结果与实测结果吻合较理想.
