采用Fe3Si基合金在600~1000℃以0.001~10s-1形变速率压缩到真应变200%左右立即由冰水冷却,利用真应变-真应力曲线、普通光学显微镜研究Fe3Si基合金热形变的动态再结晶机制.试验结果表明:该合金在Z参数位于一定区间时发生了动态再结晶,但再结晶进行得不完全,Z值过大或过小只发生动态回复.
