利用透射电镜研究了Cu-3.2Ni-0.75Si合金在不同温度时效时的组织转变规律.研究结果表明,调幅分解是其时效相变过程失稳方式之一.发生调幅分解存在一临界温度TR(450~500℃),当时效温度低于TR时,合金的时效分解经历调幅分解、有序化等一系列亚稳过程后,最终析出平衡相δ-Ni2Si.当时效温度高于TR时,过饱和固溶体中直接分解形成δ-Ni2Si相.
