高级检索

测试了激光熔覆生物陶瓷涂层与基体的结合强度、涂层抗弯、抗拉和抗压强度,并计算了弹性模量.结果表明,稀土能够提高涂层与基体的结合强度、抗弯及抗拉强度,但降低了涂层的抗压强度.稀土在激光熔覆条件下充分扩散传质弥散分布于涂层熔池内,分散的稀土颗粒促进晶体形核和成长,细化晶粒,强化涂层.激光熔覆涂层复合材料满足生理条件下的强度要求.
