利用醋酸盐为起始原料,乙二醇甲醚为溶剂,以二乙烯三胺、乳酸和丙酸为络合剂,制备了稳定的YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)溶胶.溶胶经干燥形成凝胶后,再通过热分解及高温煅烧,获得了YBCO粉体.利用X射线衍射对粉体进行了物相分析,利用透射电子显微镜观察了粉体形貌并分析了其晶体结构.结果表明该粉体粒径在几十到几百纳米,其晶体结构为正交钙钛矿结构.把该粉体压制而成的YBCO块体,在900℃氧气条件下烧结1h,即得到了临界转变温度(Tc)为92.5K的高温超导体.
