本文从热收缩型爬距增长器的设计原理出发,分析讨论了材料性能要求,配方研制和辐照工艺要点,并将所研制产品的主要性能指标与同类产品的典型指标进行了比较。试验表明:安装热收缩型爬距增长器,可使立柱绝缘子的爬电距离增加16%~32%,污闪电压提高15%~33%,同时还具有明显的阻弧、防污作用。

This paper studies the formula and process of heat-shrinkable creepage extenders on the principleof heat-shrinkable high polymer. A comparision of main properties between a similarly typical product andours was made. The test result shows that the creepage extender installed on a support-insulator can increase the creepage up to 16%~32% and the flash voltage up to 15%~33%,which have remarkably thefunction of resisting flash and anti-griminess.
