合成了一种高活性的多苯并噁嗪中间体树脂溶液,经浸渍玻璃布,制得浸胶坯布,通过热压成型,制备了一种新型F级苯并噁嗪树脂基玻璃布层压板。采用常规、TGA、DMA等手段对层压板的性能进行了测试。测试结果表明,该层压板具有优良的机械性能和电气绝缘性能,高温性能尤为突出,可用于结构材料和F级电气绝缘材料。
In this paper,a new F-grade insulating glass cloth laminate has been synthesized via ring-openingpolymerization of Benzoxazine. This laminate has excellent mechanical,dielectric and heat-resistant propertiesand can be used as structural and insulating materials working at 155℃.
