本文针对直流应急电机用H级塑料换向器在应用及压制过程中出现的一系列问题,通过选择二苯醚玻璃纤维压塑料及其成型工艺的试验,解决了长期困扰的塑料换向器耐热性低、易开裂、绝缘性能差等技术难题。
This article presents the materials insulation construction shaping process of a heat-resistant commutator for a emergency DC motor which runs outdoor and in dirty conditions.The commutator is made of glass-fiber reinforced diphenyl ether moulded plastic that has higher heat-resistance, electric resistivity,especially mechanical strength against crack.It can replace 4330-2 glass-fiber reinforced phenolics commutator that has bad heat-resistance,low electric resistivity and is apt to crack.
