通过双溶液共混法制备纳米氧化硅(Nano-SiOx)/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和微米二氧化硅(Miero-SiO2)/LDPE复合介质,并用扫描电子显微镜观察复合材料的分散状态.采用时域法对复合介质的界面极化特性进行测量分析.利用电流计KEITHLEY 6517A采集试样在2×106~2×107V/m的直流场强预压后的放电曲线,将随时间变化的电流数据进行傅立叶变化从而可以得到ε'-ε∞和ε″在低频部分的值.研究复合介质的损耗发现.随着电场的升高,介质的极化强度增大,介质极化机理会发生改变,并且极化峰值所在的位置比复合材料的低.
