高级检索

利用高频介质阻挡放电(DBD)实验装置和测量系统研究了外加电压幅值、气隙距离和电源频率等因素对高频DBD单个周期传输电荷的影响.并结合气体放电理论对实验结果进行了分析.结果表明,介质表面积聚的表面电荷影响高频DBD的电荷传输特性,高频DBD单个周期传输的电荷随外加电压幅值和电源频率的增加而非线性增加,随气隙距离的增加而非线性减小.
