2-氯-5-硝基三氟甲苯与2,7-二羟基萘经亲核取代反应得到2,7-双(4-硝基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)萘(Ⅰ),然后在Pd/C和水合肼作用下发生还原反应得到2,7-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)萘(Ⅱ).该二胺单体分别与均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)、3,3’,4,4’-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)、3,3’,4,4’-二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)和3,3’,4,4’-二苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)进行低温缩聚反应得到聚酰胺酸,经热酰亚胺化制备出4种萘基取代含氟聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜.结果表明:PI薄膜均具有良好的光学透明性和溶解性,其中ODPA基PI薄膜的光学透明性最好,450 nm处的透光率达到60%,且可溶于四氢呋喃等弱极性溶剂.
