通过分析传统电声脉冲法被直接测试技术取代的原因,介绍了国内外高温下空间电荷电声脉冲法、连续测量电声脉冲法及三维空间电荷电声脉冲法等新测试技术的研究发展情况,并提出了空间电荷测试技术的发展方向.
