采用质谱分析法对真空沿面放电聚四氟乙烯分解产物进行研究,检测出σ断裂出现的聚四氟乙烯分解产物质量数峰值,证明了真空沿面放电过程中聚四氟乙烯存在表面分解现象.观测到闪络发生前聚四氟乙烯的超前分解现象,并从真空沿面放电产生气体来源出发对此现象进行了解释.给出了真空沿面闪络聚四氟乙烯分解产物数量的计算方法,虽实验检测结果与理论计算值存在误差,但对定量研究真空沿面放电产生气体提供了初步的线索.
