本实验采用粉末冶金法制备多孔Ti-35%Nb合金,并对其显微组织、力学及腐蚀性能进行了研究.所制备样品的孔洞分布均匀,孔的连通性好;显微组织主要由β-Ti组成,其压缩曲线表现出典型的开孔泡沫的特征;力学性能能够满足人体多孔骨的移植要求.随着孔隙率的增加弹性模量减小,但强度和腐蚀性能也同时下降.因此,对孔隙率的选择应综合这两方面来考虑.
