采用球磨和超声两种制备工艺分别制备了炭黑填充不饱和树脂复合材料,研究和对比了两种不同工艺对复合材料性能的影响.结果表明,两种制备方法得到的复合材料渗滤阀值均在质量分数1.8%.不饱和树脂/炭黑复合材料的拉伸强度和弹性模量随炭黑含量不同而变化,当其质量分数为1%时,两者出现最大值.相比纯的不饱和树脂,球磨法制备的复合材料的拉伸强度和弹性模量提高了89%和95.8%,而超声法提高了38.37%和23.12%.
