通过工艺试验研究,分析探讨了真空感应炉在冶炼高氮钢过程中炉内压力、温度、化学成分、氮化物加入时间等因素对钢中氮含量的影响,在此基础上给出了真空感应炉冶炼高氮钢氮含量的经验公式,结果表明用真空感应炉冶炼高氮钢时,钢的化学成分和加入的氮化物对氮含量有较大影响.
