以Ca(OH)2和H3PO4为反应物,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了羟基磷灰石(HA)粉体;用机械混合法制备了304L不锈钢包覆HA粉体;用热压技术制备了纯HA陶瓷材料及HA/304L不锈钢复合材料.1050℃热压烧结后的HA/25vol.%304L复合材料的断裂韧性为2.92 MPa·m1/2,优于纯HA材料(断裂韧性为0.98 MPa·m1/2).显微组织的观察表明,304L不锈钢在材料中呈网状分布.网状分布的金属相能够通过桥接机制对HA基体中的裂纹扩展起到很好的阻碍作用.
