通过溶胶凝胶法合成了厚约2μm的含有(Mg,F)的磷酸钙基生物材料涂层.研究表明,进入涂层的Mg对烧结过程中的羟基磷灰石向磷酸三钙的转变有促进作用,而F的加入却能抑制这种转变的发生.F加入涂层对涂层的元素组成没有显著影响.Mg加入涂层会显著改变涂层的组成,在涂层中形成含有Ca2+,Mg2+,PO3--4,PO3--3以及CO2--3的复杂结构.
