高级检索

液相等离子体电沉积技术是一项新兴的表面处理技术,利用此技术可在多种金属及合金表面得到耐磨、耐蚀、耐热冲击、绝缘的优质膜.本文分别从等离子体氧化和等离子体渗透两个方面介绍了该技术的工艺机理、制备及影响因素、膜层性能,并展望了其应用前景.
