采用仿生矿化法对商用纯钛进行表面处理,经过处理的样品表面形成一层薄的钙磷涂层,SEM和EDX分析表明,涂层晶体构型均一;XRD和FTIR分析晶体组成主要为碳酸羟基磷灰石.采用成骨细胞体外培养方法,探讨仿生矿化涂层对于细胞初期附着、增殖的影响.认为钙磷涂层可以提高成骨细胞的初期附着率,而对于细胞的增殖行为影响不大.
