本文根据材料性能互补原理,结合阻尼减振机制,设计并制备了一种(金属/无机纤维/橡胶)三元阻尼材料-玻璃纤维芯铅丝增强橡胶复合材料(GF/Pb/R).研究了具有不同界面结合强度(弱、中等、强结合)的GF/Pb/R在-30℃~50℃、5Hz和27℃、1~50Hz两种条件下的存储模量和阻尼性能.结果表明,三种复合材料的力学性能均比橡胶高,其刚度随界面结合强度提高而提高;复合材料损耗因子按照界面弱结合、强结合和中等强度结合的顺序降低,其阻尼性能随温度的变化比橡胶平缓.
