采用水相沉淀聚合法制备了含有0~25 mol%丙烯酰胺(AM)的丙烯腈(AN)-丙烯酰胺共聚物,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振光谱(NMR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析(DTG)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)等方法对聚合产物进行了表征.结果表明,聚合产物中AM的摩尔含量略高于投料比,随AM摩尔含量的增加,共聚物的分解温度先降低后又升高.共聚物中AM含量为20 mol%时分解温度仅为262.5℃;放热量先减少后增加.AM的引入将聚合物的环化机理从自由基环化机理过渡为离子基环化机理.
