采用半固态连接技术制备了不锈钢-铝合金双金属材料,参照ASTM-E813标准,对这种双金属材料界面断裂行为进行了试验及数值分析,以KIC为评价指标,对不锈钢-半固态铝合金界面与铝合金基体的断裂韧性进行了比较.研究结果表明:采用三点弯曲实验方法,可以显著降低界面裂纹尖端的复杂应力水平;半固态连接不锈钢-半固态铝合金界面断裂为典型的脆性断裂,界面临界断裂韧性略低于基体铝合金的断裂韧性.
