本文主要综述国内外高导热AlN基复相微波衰减陶瓷的研究进展.具有优良微波衰减性能的材料体系有两种:氮化铝-导体复相微波衰减陶瓷和氮化铝-半导体复相微波衰减陶瓷.氮化铝-导体复相衰减陶瓷包括AlN-金属复相陶瓷、AlN-石墨复相陶瓷、AlN-金属氮化物复相陶瓷.其中AlN-金属复相陶瓷因具有优良的高导热性能及微波衰减词节性能,成为今后微波衰减材料的主要研究方向.
