本文对合成的一系列氟氯磷灰石固溶体进行XRD分析,结果发现:随F-含量(x)的增加晶胞参数a减小、c增大,二者呈线性关系:a=-0.182x+9.555;c=0.055x+6.837.由Vegard定律计算的晶胞参数,与实测值比较发现,a与x的关系更符合理论关系,而c则相差较大,说明通道结构除受通道离子的影响外,还易受其他部分的影响.同时,晶胞体积v随x增加而呈线性减小,表明通道离子的半径、电负性和结构中的位置对晶体结构有较大影响.
