研究了通过压坯烧结制备的8YbSZ(8 mol%Yb2O3掺杂的ZrZO2)致密固体电解质的电导率.初始粉体的较高活性、各组分分布的均匀性以及Al2O3的加入,使得陶瓷的烧结在1 400℃时几乎达到完全致密.随着烧结温度的进一步升高,离子电导率的变化不大,并且当烧结温度在1 450℃和1 550℃之间时达到最佳.8YbSZ烧结体具有较高的离子电导率,可以用作中温燃料电池的固体电解质材料.文中还对8YbSZ的老化进行了讨论.
