采用熔盐电解法,在CaCl2-NaCl混合熔盐中,分别以添加0~25%NH4HCO3造孔剂经预烧结后的多孔FeTiO3块体为阴极,石墨为阳极,在973 K下电解还原制备铁钛合金.研究了阴极块体孔隙率对电解还原产物的影响.结果表明,预烧结阶段增加NH4HCO3的加入量有利于阴极孔隙率的增加,当加入量达到25%时,块体孔隙率达到了39.08%;当加入量超过20%后,孔隙率不再是限制FeTiO3脱氧的环节,在此过程中主要受氧在固态颗粒中的扩散控制.
Electrolysis has been applied by molten salt electrolysis via bulk ilmenite with 0~25% fractions of NH4HCO3 after pre-sintering treatment as cathode, graphite as anode at 973 K to prepare FeTi alloys The effect of the additive NH4HCO3 on the cathodic porosity and the electrolysis products has been studied The detected results show that NH4HCO3 added into the bulk ilmenite is favorable to the porosity increase As increasing the content of NH4HCO3 to 25%, the bulk porosity is 39.08%;the reduction kinetics is not controlled by the porosity as adding NH4HCO3 more than 20%, which is controlled by the diffusion of oxygen from the solid particles.
