采用550-650卧式拉拔试验机进行试验,研究了变形量分别为0、23%、49%、66%、77%和82%的拉拔处理对铝合金电工圆杆的微观组织、电学性能和力学性能的影响.结果表明,拉拔处理对试样的综合性能有一定的影响,随着拉拔变形量的增加,铝电工圆杆抗拉强度逐渐增高,这主要是拉拔带来的晶粒细化和高密度的位错共同作用的结果,导电率小幅度降低,主要是由于晶粒细化造成的晶界面积增大导致的.当拉拔变形量为77%时,试样的综合性能最佳,导电率为57.56 %IACS,抗拉强强度达269 MPa.

The type 550-650 horizontal drawing machine was used in the experiment to study the effect of drawing process on the aluminum alloy electric pole's organization, electrical performance and mechanical properties under deformations are 0, 23%, 49%, 66%, 77%, 82%, respectively.The results show that drawing process has certain influence on the comprehensive properties of the samples With the drawing deformations increased, the strength of extension of aluminum alloy electric pole gradually increased.The main reason for the changing trend is the drawing with the outcome of the grain refining strengthening and the high density of dislocations combined action Conductivity has small amplitude decreased, which is mainly due to the grain refinement of the increase grain boundary area.When the drawing deformation is 77%, the comprehensive property of the sample is the best, the electrical conductivity and tensile strength are reach to 57.56 %IACS and 269 Mpa, respectively.
