江西某低品位白钨矿WO3品位为0.35%,矿石结构复杂,有用矿物嵌布粒度细,共伴生含钙脉石矿物含量较高,属于复杂难选低品位白钨矿.为开发利用该矿石资源,对该矿石进行了大量工艺条件及工艺流程试验研究.结果表明,采用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为矿浆调整剂,Pb(NO3)2为白钨矿活化剂,Na2SiO3+Al2(SO4)3为脉石矿物的组合抑制剂,苯甲羟肟酸(GYB)+改性脂肪酸类捕收剂(GYR)为白钨的组合捕收剂,经过"一粗三精二扫"的常温闭路浮选工艺流程可获得白钨粗精矿;在白钨粗精矿中加入水玻璃和硫化钠,将矿浆温度调至90 ℃,矿浆浓度浓缩至55%,搅拌1 h,再经过"一粗四精二扫"的加温精选闭路流程,最终获得WO3品位为61.89%,回收率为63.83%的白钨精矿.
A low grade scheelite in Jiangxi with WO3 of 0.35%, complex structure, fine disseminated grain size of valuable minerals and high content of gangue minerals containing calcium belongs to the refractory low grade scheelite.Many studies on the process conditions and process flow have been carried out for the recovery of the tungsten resources.The results show that the scheelite rough concentrate can be obtained through the closed process of "One rough-Two sweep-Four concentrate" at room temperature under the conditions of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) as pulp regulators, Pb(NO3)2 as scheelite activator, Na2SiO3+Al2(SO4)3 as gangue combined inhibitor, benzohydroxamic acid(GYB) and modified fatty acid(GYR) as scheelite combined collector.A scheelite concentrate can be obtained by the closed process of "One rough-Two sweep-Four concentrate" with 61.89% of WO3 and 63.83% of WO3 recovery rate under the conditions of adding the sodium silicate and sodium sulfide into the scheelite rough concentrate, increasing the pulp's temperature to 90 ℃,reduing the concentration of pulp to 55%.
