采用搅拌铸造法制备了漂珠-AZ91D镁合金复合材料.利用正交实验法分析搅拌时间、搅拌速度和搅拌温度对复合材料中漂珠分布均匀性的影响,确定最优制备工艺为:搅拌时间3 min,搅拌速度675 r/min,搅拌温度590℃.采用最优工艺制备的复合材料中漂珠分布均匀,复合材料力学性能较高.复合材料的压缩强度为342 MPa,布氏硬度为78.8 HBW,相比于AZ91D镁合金分别提高了21.7%和15.5%.复合材料的断裂是以解理断裂为主的脆性断裂,在压缩变形过程中,漂珠对基体的变形起阻碍作用,并在基体断裂过程中被压裂.
Floater and AZ91 D composites were prepared by stir casting method.Using orthogonal test method,the effects of stirring time,stirring speed and stirring temperature on the distribution uniformity of floater were analyzed.The optimal preparation parameters are determined as the following:stirring time 3 min,stirring speed 675 r/min,stirring temperature 590 ℃.Floaters is distributed uniformly in the composite prepared by the optimal preparation parameters.Compared to AZ91D magnesium alloy,the floater and AZ91 D composite has higher mechanical properties.The compressive strength of the composite is 342 MPa,and the Brinell hardness is 78.8 HBW,which increase by 21.7% and 15.5%,respectively.The cleavage fracture occurs when the composite fails,indicating that the fracture is brittle fracture.During the compression process,the floater hinders the deformation of the matrix,and improves the deformation resistance of the composite.Finally,floater fracture when the composite fails.
