以混合稀土元素镧铈为变质剂,对再生铝合金ADC12变质,探讨镧铈变质对合金铸件微观组织和宏观机械性能的影响规律.结果表明,在变质剂添加量为0.3%时,合金的微观组织中晶粒排列紧密,尺寸细小且相近,基体中二次枝晶臂间距最小,共晶硅缩短,呈现短棒状.同时,试样的显微硬度提高,拉伸断口韧窝结构众多,抵抗塑性变形的能力强,宏观上的抗拉强度大.

La and Ce elements as modifier was added into the melted recycled ADC12 aluminum alloy.The effect of the modifier on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was investigated.The results show that the similar small size grains of the alloy are tightly packed with the addition amount of RE 0.3%.The secondary dendrite arm spacing of the alloy is minimum and the eutectic silicon shows short stick when it is shortened.The hardness of the sample increases and the dimple structure are numerous in the tensile fracture.In addition,the ability of the plastic deformation resists and the tensile strength increases.
