赤铁矿沉铁工艺因铁渣铁含量高,渣量小,铁渣无二次污染等特点备受国内外关注.研究了该工艺沉铁过程中Na2SO4的存在对赤铁矿法除铁过程和赤铁矿渣品质的影响规律.结果表明,升高温度、延长反应时间、添加晶种、控制硫酸钠浓度可提高除铁率且有利于铁矾向赤铁矿转变.当反应温度为180 ℃、晶种用量15 g/L、Na2SO4浓度为0.15 mol/L的条件下,除铁率为96%左右,渣含铁高于62%,含硫、钠的量分别为1.42%、0.067%,可获得高品质的赤铁矿渣.

The iron removal technology,hematite precipitation,was highly emphasized by domestic and international researchers for the precipitation with higher iron content,less residues generation and no secondary pollution.This study is aim to elucidate the effect of the presence of Na2SO4 in the hematite precipitation process on the iron removal and the properties of hematite.The results show that increasing reaction temperature,prolonging reaction time,adding seed and controlling the concentration of sodium ion can promote the jarosite to transform hematite and improve the iron removal rate.High quality hematite residues with the iron removal rate of about 96%,the iron content of larger than 62%,the sulfur and sodium content of 1.42% and 0.067%,respectively,were obtained when the temperature was 180 ℃,the addition seed was 15 g/L,and the concentration of sodium sulfate was 0.15 mol/L.
