采用常规固相合成法制备Mn掺杂的尖晶石型MgFe2 O4红外辐射材料,并通过 XRD、FT‐IR、SEM 和红外发射率测试,研究M n掺杂对材料的微观结构和红外辐射性能的影响。结果表明,少量Mn掺杂可以显著提高材料的烧结性能,改善材料的红外辐射性能。该体系中 M g08. M n02. Fe2 O4的性能最优,在3~5和8~12μm 波段的红外发射率分别达到0.776和09.36。
Mn‐doped MgFe2 O4 spinel infrared radiation materials were prepared by solid state reaction .The effect of Mn doping on the microstructure and infrared radiation properties of MgFe2 O4 were investigated by XRD , FT‐IR ,SEM and infrared emissivity .The results showed that a small amount of Mn doping could significantly improve the sintering performance of materials and increase the infrared radiation properties .In the series spinel oxides ,Mg0 8. Mn0 2. Fe2 O4 showed the best performance with the infrared emissivity of 0 .776 in the bands of 3‐5 μm and 0 9.36 in the bands of 8‐12 μm .
