利用羰基金属溶液在高温直接热分解为金属原子和一氧化碳的原理,采用化学气相沉积法,将四羰基镍与五羰基铁混合液蒸发,由氮气携带通入到预先加热的硅藻壳片表面,热分解沉积镍铁合金在硅藻壳片表面,制备出片形 NiFe‐硅藻复合微粒。利用SEM 、EDS、XRD、VSM 分别对制备的片形磁性复合微粒的形貌、成分、以及静磁特性进行表征。其中片形NiFe磁性复合微粒较好的保持了片形硅藻土壳片的微孔结构,且静磁特性曲线显示,其饱和磁化强度>56 A?m2/kg ,矫顽力<796 A/m。
According to the mechanism of metal carbonyl solution direct thermal decomposition to metal atom and CO at high temperatures and using the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method ,this paper showed a way to prepare the flaky NiFe‐diatomite composite particles .By evaporating the mixture of Ni(CO)4 and Fe(CO)5 , in the N2 atmosphere ,the deposition of NiFe alloy happened on the pre‐heat diatomite earth surface .The scan‐ning electron microscopy (SEM ) ,energy dispersive X‐ray spectrometry (EDS) ,X‐ray diffraction (XRD) ,and vibrant sample magnetometer (VSM) were used to make clear their morphology microstructure ,chemical com‐position ,crystal structure ,and magnetostatic characteristic .The result showed that the flaky NiFe‐diatomite composite particles were prepared successfully ,which better maintained the microporous structure of diatomite . Moreover ,the soft magnetic manganese composite was fabricated with the saturation magnetization Ms at 56 A?m2/kg and coercive force Hc at 796 A/m .
