高级检索

借助高温激光共聚焦显微镜,在线观察了不同Mn含量下无取向硅钢试样中的夹杂物析出、变化情况.结果表明,Mn含量为0.77%、0.32%时,对应试样的夹杂物数量分别为1 000万个/mm3、1 600万个/rmm3.其中,0.77% Mn含量试样,夹杂物在1 115~1 098℃、1 068~1 032℃析出;0.32% Mn含量试样,夹杂物在1 086~1 068℃析出.0.77% Mn含量试样,优先析出球形、椭球形MnS夹杂,其析出夹杂数量较少,尺寸较大,能有效抑制AlN、CuxS夹杂析出;0.32% Mn含量试样,优先析出相当数量MnS夹杂,并作为AlN夹杂析出核心,形成MnS+AlN复合夹杂.这种复合夹杂物数量较多,尺寸也较大.
