以高炉渣纤维(BFSF)为载体,采用浸渍涂覆法,在BFSF表面负载TiO2,制备BFSF负载TiO2 (TiO2/BFSF)复合材料.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、Zeta电位和纳米粒度分析仪、N2吸附脱附仪、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱元素分析(EDS)等近代测试方法对TiO2的晶型、晶粒尺寸、比表面积和TiO2/BFSF的显微结构进行了表征.并用亚甲基蓝(MB)来模拟印染废水,通过亚甲基蓝降解率的高低,评价样品的光催化活性.试验结果表明:TiO2浓度为20 g/L,TiO2悬浮液负载3次时,TiO2均匀覆盖在BFSF四周,紫外光照射180 min时,亚甲基蓝的降解率为94.8%.TiO2/BFSF复合材料重复利用4次,亚甲基蓝的降解率依然能够达到65%.
